Our volunteer chefs will be providing members on Service Night with chili and a variety of soups. We will have rolls as well.
Desserts would be appreciated from the members. Everyone will appreciate the sweets. Bring your own drinks.
Doors will open at 5:30. There will be a free table but no Sale Table or Door Prizes.
Snowman Challenge
The Heritage Quilters Guild of South Suburbia
sponsors the Modern Guild Group and the Scrappy Bee Group. The Moderns see Julie. The Scrappies will be meeting at Sarah's home. See the board for informtion.
Members should not bring sewing machines. We will be cutting kits for various projects. Bring rotary cutters and mats. Cindy will provide fabric. Reba will bring patterns.
Bring winter hats, gloves, etc. to donate to shelters.
Friendship Star
Since 1982, when South Suburban College professor Mary Jane Carlson organized over 80 women at what would become the Heritage Quilters of South Suburbia, members have been dedicated to preserving and advancing the art of quilt making. Quilt making is an art that encourages individualism, creativity, knowledge and enthusiasm in sharing with others.
Meetings
Monthly Meetings are held the third Tuesday of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November. Meetings start at 6:30 P.M. with a sewing bee or Accuquilt session at 5:30 P.M.
